iDrive Australia approached Visua to develop a brand strategy to position the business as a progressive and innovative automotive lifestyle brand. From humble beginnings in 2014, iDrive Australia had become a force to be reckoned with in the production and distribution of automotive throttle controllers. The new strategy lays the foundation for the business to grow its range of products and expand into new global markets.
Working closely with the business owner and executive team, Visua explored naming options to compliment the strategy. A new business name “Ultimate9” was derived from the highest performance setting on their industry leading throttle controller the EVC-X. Drawing on the company’s origins in the 4×4 off-road market, a combat inspired brand mark features a winged shield design. The brand mark is designed to be easily reproduced on a broad array of applications, from vehicle livery to apparel, as well as the new e-commerce website designed by Visua.
Today, Ultimate9 is a leading manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket vehicle accessories with offices in Australia and the USA, and distribution throughout the United Kingdom, New Zealand, UAE, Indonesia, the Philippines and Kenya.
